Shankar has over 30 years of experience in product planning, product support, marketing and management; 26 years of which is in Information Technology and in implementing software solutions for major corporations. His strategic vision and strong business acumen has resulted in successful development of profitable business ventures.
Shankar was the founder, Director, through March 2007, of The Laxmi Group, Inc, a subsidiary of Helios & Matheson Information Technology Limited. He is also the founder, Director, President and Chief Executive Office, since September 1987 of Importers Software Services, Inc, an International Trade software solutions company. He is a Director, since April 2005, of Ignify, Inc., an e-commerce product company.
Shankar holds a Masters of Science degree in Systems Science from LSU, Baton Rouge, USA and a Bachelors of Engineering degree from the University of Madras, India.
Anand has held various senior management positions with major corporations in the last 14 years, prior to joining Netwin Solutions as its President & COO in June 2008. He was a Senior Manager with UPS Supply Chain solutions and was VP of operations with ISSI where he oversaw software operations supporting a large client base, where he directed his team in managing numerous implementations and training on time and budget.
Anand currently holds responsibility of managing Netwin’s growth strategy and product direction.
Anand is a Microsoft Certified trainer (MCT) and a Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Professional (MCBSP) specializing in Dynamics CRM, AX and GP. Anand holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
Anand has a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Anna University, India and a Masters degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University, California.
Anand enjoys sports and resides with his wife and 2 daughters in Irvine, CA.
Thomas has over 30 years of public accounting experience; primarily serving closely held businesses. He began his accounting career with Price Waterhouse and then moved to KPMG. Thomas has also served as a Partner with Moss Adams and most recently was a Partner with Corbin & Wertz. In addition, Thomas has also held the positions of CFO , Vice President of Finance, and COO for a variety of privately held companies. His experience in coordinating audit engagements and consulting with business owners is extensive, particularly in the manufacturing, distribution, service, real estate and high technology industries. His business consulting experience includes part-time CFO services, fraud prevention and investigation, acquisition consulting, transaction due diligence, internal control review and systems implementation.
Thomas is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and he is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University Pomona (summa cum laude). He was inducted into the University’s Hall of Fame in 1992.
Thomas is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Thomas is the immediate Past President of the Orange County Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and he has also served on the Board of Directors for the Orange County Head Start program. Thomas also is currently a Reserve Deputy Sheriff for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department.
Sri has extensive experience in Business Development, Account Management, Project Management and Product Implementation Management in Information Technology.
Sri is also an MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainer) and an MBSP (Microsoft Business Solutions Professional) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics Ax.
He received his PMP certification in November of 2002, and has since then been an active volunteer of the Orange County chapter of PMI, initially in the role of ‘Advertising Chair’ and recently as the Outreach Chair. He helped streamline the advertising process for the chapter, and is now working on increasing the visibility of the chapter and bringing in additional opportunities for sponsorships at the chapter events.
He has worked both in engineering and IT consulting and has been in the IT space for nearly 10 years. He started with The Hofincons Group (now part of Transfield Services, Australia) in the Enterprise Asset Management services and moved on to IT services with The Laxmi Group, Inc (now part of Helios & Matheson Inc) and is currently with Netwin Solutions, Inc since 2006. He has been extensively involved in the growth of these companies and has capitalized on his strengths in relationship building and management and has helped create and establish strong project management practices for their clients.
A mechanical engineer with an MBA from India, Sri has an active interest in music and lives with his wife and two sons in Irvine, California.
Krishna has over 14 years of experience in Information Technology involving product development, support, training and project management.
Prior to joining Netwin, Krishna has been with UPS Trade Management Services as a senior Manager overseeing projects, implementation and training for fortune 500 companies.Krishna is a MCT and Microsoft Certified Business Solutions Professional (MCBSP) specializing in Dynamics AX. Krishna has a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Nagpur university and Supply chain certification from California State University.
Krishna is actively involved in various cultural organizations and enjoys current affairs, He lives in Hyderabad, India with his wife and 2 children
Lynn has over 15 years of experience in managing Human Resources and Benefits Administration. She has successfully handled payroll, benefits, immigration and other employee issues for Netwin and ISSI. Her knowledge in accounting and taxes makes her the reliable source among our employees for tax and payroll advise.
Lynn, resides in Seal Beach, CA, is a pet lover and regularly takes her dog to various dog shows across the nation.
John of Baker Law Group brings over 25 years of experience of advising businesses on their legal strategies. As a business lawyer, his clients have included banks, real estate developers, manufacturers, start-ups and medium-sized businesses. Throughout his practice, he has sought to find creative yet practical solutions to businesses' legal problems.
In his own practice since 1995, Baker has broad experience putting the deals together, litigating them when they went sour, and resurrecting them when they went into bankruptcy. He has developed an expertise in liens like UCC-1's and trust deeds.
During his years of practice, Baker has refined his negotiating skills. He first learned the art of negotiating in the open markets of Mexico City, where he learned to speak Spanish fluently. Building on those early skills, he is able to negotiate successful settlements for his clients, no matter how dubious the outlook.
Baker has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois, Urbana, and a Juris Doctorate from Whittier College School of Law. He has written articles on preventative law and on business financing in Mexico. Over the years he has lectured on real estate, estate planning and business practices. He recently won a Court of Appeal case against the California Department of Corporations with an unanimous decision by the justices on what constituted an investment contract or security.
