Course Prepayment
Payment in full must be received by mail at least fourteen (14) business days before your scheduled course begins. If your company is responsible for your course fees, please confirm early enough so your payment request will be processed in advance in order to prevent interruption to your training schedule. Students who have not met the prepayment requirement will not be admitted into the classroom. Please note that we cannot make exceptions to our prepayment, change or cancellation policies
Payment Options Credit Cards: For your convenience, Netwin Solutions accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Checks and Money Orders: We accept money orders and company or personal checks made payable in US Dollars.
Cancellation and No Show Policy
You may cancel a class without a cancellation charge up to 14 business days prior to the class start date. Netwin Solutions asks that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule a class.
If you cancel less than 14 business days prior to the class start date, then Netwin Solutions will charge the full amount of the class. You will have the option to reschedule the class at a later available date at no additional fee. If you are unable to reschedule the class because of personal or business reasons or Netwin Solutions cancels or no longer offers the class, no refund will be provided.
Netwin Solutions reserves the right to change course prices at any time. Netwin Solutions reserves the right to modify the schedule of a course at any time. All changes that effect enrolled students will be immediately communicated via phone and/or e-mail.
Course Changes and Postponements
Netwin Solutions course schedules and pricing are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to reschedule, cancel or postpone any course offering, but will make reasonable attempts to provide advance notice to registered students. Although we will provide you with as much notice as possible, please note that Netwin Solutions cannot be responsible for travel or accommodation charges in the event of any such schedule or offering change.
Classroom Schedules
Please check in by 8:30 a.m. on your first day. Following days, class sessions will commence at 9:00AM and conclude at 5:00PM. There will be a 15-minute refreshment break each morning and afternoon, as well as a one-hour lunch break, usually at noon. Please plan to make and return any telephone calls during the scheduled breaks.
Students who have not checked in or otherwise notified Netwin Solutions by 9:30 a.m. will be deemed to have forfeited the right to attend scheduled class. Netwin Solutions reserves the right to reassign the available seat to another student.

We are so certain you will gain the knowledge and expertise from our training that Netwin Solutions offers a satisfaction guarantee. If any course does not meet your standards, please let us know within 5 business days of completing a course.
At your option: Netwin Solutions will arrange for you to attend the same course again at no charge (subject to space availability) or we will refund the course fees (travel and expense fees will not be refunded).
